Communication between the artist and client must be carried out trough the contact that you entered. If you prefer to be contacted by other way than vgen please specify me in notes.

Time response may vary, up to 1 week in order to provide better or more concrete updates. I will try to update you much as I can!

Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before work begins.

Payment is upfront (at least 50%)For commissions above $50, 50/50 are avaible.

For commissions below $50, the payment must be the 100%

NO REFUNDS if the work is started! If you are on waitlist and want to cancel the commission it's okay.

A Refund can be also be given if I don't feel being able to take or keep the commission.

TAT depends by the commission you are asking for.

Can take between 5 days - 1 month and may take up to 3 months max. depending on each project, complexity, addons, etc. TIME RESPONSE can affect TAT!

TAT is valid when sketching is initiated and not because of the payment or the waitlist being accepted.

Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.I will inform you if there are any delays and adjustments to timeline. If necessary I will request a guaranteed delivery change (if needed).

Revisions and their confirmation may affect progress and timeline.Additional charges for excessive revisions/changes may be requiredClient will have access to a trello to follow up their commission.

I have the right to add your project after finished to porfolio. If you want to waint 'til your debut for publish it please notify me!

Client must not edit or modify Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist. I always provide the PNG file in case you want to change the background colors. But don't make big changes to the art itself without asking!
